Important notice: this document sets out the binding legal conditions for registering at wwupp.com and purchasing research-grade peptide reagents. By registering and by confirming each order, the buyer accepts the current version of these terms.
SUPPLIER IDENTIFICATION

1. LABORATORY RESEARCH USE ONLY (RUO)
All products are offered strictly for scientific research and in vitro experimentation in qualified laboratory settings. No product is intended for use in humans or animals for therapeutic, prophylactic or diagnostic purposes.
2. NO HUMAN OR VETERINARY CONSUMPTION
Administration, ingestion, injection or any other use in living beings is prohibited. The compounds are not foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics or medicines.
3. NATURE OF THE SUPPLIER
wwup. is a supplier of chemical reagents and analytical peptides. It is not a pharmacy, does not compound preparations, does not dispense medicines or fill prescriptions, and does not operate as a 503A or 503B facility under the United States FD&C Act.
4. NO HEALTH AUTHORITY EVALUATION
Neither the products nor the published technical information have been evaluated or approved by Paraguay's DINAVISA, the United States FDA, the EMA or any other health authority. The materials are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
5. MINIMUM AGE (21 YEARS)
To register and purchase, the buyer declares under oath that they are at least twenty-one (21) years old and have full legal capacity.
6. BUYER'S TECHNICAL COMPETENCE
The buyer warrants that they are a professional, researcher or entity with the training, facilities and protective equipment required to handle, store and dispose of lyophilized peptides in accordance with applicable biosafety rules.
7. ACCOUNT AND VERIFICATION
Every access request is reviewed by wwup., which may approve it, reject it or request documentation evidencing research activity before enabling purchases. Registration data must be truthful and kept up to date. wwup. may suspend or close an account in case of false data or use contrary to these terms. The account holder is responsible for keeping their password confidential.
8. REGULATORY DISTINCTION FOR GHK-CU
The copper tripeptide complex GHK-Cu is supplied exclusively as a research-grade analytical reagent. Literature references to its use in dermocosmetic formulations do not make it a cosmetic, a registered cosmetic ingredient or a medicine.
9. ORDERS AND PRICES
Prices are published in United States dollars (USD). The charge is made in the currency shown at checkout before payment: with local payment processors the charge is made in Paraguayan guaraníes (PYG) at the exchange rate shown at that moment. The card issuer may apply its own conversion and fees. An order is accepted when the processor confirms the payment and wwup. sends the confirmation. Orders whose payment is not confirmed within 60 minutes are cancelled automatically at no charge. wwup. may cancel an order, with a full refund, in case of pricing errors, lack of stock, inability to verify the buyer or breach of these terms.
10. PAYMENTS
Payments are processed through the processor shown at checkout. Card details are entered on the processor's secure page: wwup. neither receives nor stores them. Some processors require the buyer's identity document; that information is passed to the processor only to handle the payment. Before disputing a charge with the card issuer, the buyer agrees to write to [CONTACT EMAIL] to try to resolve it.
11. SHIPPING, COLD CHAIN AND IMPORTATION
Formulations are shipped lyophilized, with thermal insulation and a temperature logger, to the 16 destinations enabled at checkout. Delivery times are estimates. The buyer is responsible for verifying that importing the products is permitted in their country and for paying any applicable duties, taxes and customs charges. If customs withholds, rejects or destroys a shipment for reasons beyond wwup.'s control, no refund is due; wwup. will provide the lot documentation available to it. Risk passes to the buyer upon delivery at the stated address.
12. RECEIPT AND CLAIMS
The buyer must inspect the shipment upon receipt and store it at -20 °C or below. If the logger shows a cold-chain break or the product arrives damaged, the buyer must write to [CONTACT EMAIL] within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs and the logger reading. If the claim is valid, wwup. will replace the product or refund its price.
13. CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
The buyer may cancel a paid order, with a full refund, until it is dispatched. Because the products require a cold chain, products delivered in good condition cannot be returned, without prejudice to any rights that applicable law grants to consumers.
14. CERTIFICATES OF ANALYSIS
Each lot is identified by the certificate of analysis issued by the external laboratory named on it. While a lot's certificate is not published, the site marks it as "COA pending" and shows no analytical data for that lot. The published SHA-256 hash belongs to the laboratory's original PDF and makes it possible to check that it has not been altered. The summary downloadable from the site is a transcription and does not replace the original certificate.
15. PERSONAL DATA
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The wwup. brand and the site's texts, images and design belong to wwup. or its licensors. They may not be reproduced without written permission.
17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
wwup. is not liable for damages arising from misuse, improper handling or breach of these terms by the buyer. wwup.'s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the order concerned. This limitation does not apply to damages caused by wilful misconduct or gross negligence, nor does it restrict rights that applicable law treats as non-waivable.
18. CHANGES
wwup. may update these terms. The current version and its date are published on the site. Each order is governed by the version the buyer accepted when confirming it, which is recorded with the order.
19. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Paraguay. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of the city of Asunción, unless the law applicable to a buyer acting as a consumer grants them the right to sue in their place of residence.
20. LANGUAGE
These terms are published in Spanish and English. If the versions differ, the Spanish version prevails.
